On the occasion of your purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase in case of the following situations:
Your payment details are incorrect
Your order is places in connection with a criminal offense or unlawful activities
There is an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or the like.

Your payment will be charged once your purchase is registered in our system and has left our warehouse and shipped to you.
Delivery costs vary for each order, depending on country, freight and postage. The delivery costs will be a part of the total payment, which you will see at the end of your purchase. All of our prices on the website include taxes, VAT etc.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When we have shipped your order, you will receive a track & trace number with your delivery confirmation. The track & trace number may take up to 24 hours to be valid.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that customers outside the EU, including Norway, may have difficulties regarding the laws on import duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are charged once the order reaches the country of delivery. It is important to know, that these charges are the costumers responsibility and that KERNEMILK has no control over the charges the costumer might face after checkout at www.kerne.milk.net
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In accordance with Danish legislation an item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes original packaging & tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our studio and for the return expenses. Please keep your receipt as a proof that the package was sent. If you live in Denmark, you have the possibility to stop by our showroom at Nørrebro. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
